These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store.

2. Products

We sell party products, including balloon arrangements and helium-filled balloons.

All product images are for illustrative purposes. While we aim to display products as accurately as possible, slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

3. Orders

• Orders can be placed directly through our website checkout.

• Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse.

4. Prices & Payments

• All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available only in selected areas, including Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, Mijas, and Benahavís.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

• Delivery details and costs are displayed during checkout.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Standard Returns

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Helium-filled balloons, due to their perishable nature

• Personalized or custom-made products, including balloons with names, messages, specific colors, or designs made to order

These exclusions apply for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible, especially for customized or perishable products.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
