Standard Returns

• You have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Helium-filled balloons, as they are perishable and have a limited lifespan

• Personalized or custom-made balloons, including items with custom colors, names, messages, or designs

• Any items made specifically to order at the customer’s request

These items are excluded from returns due to their nature and hygiene/safety reasons.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

• Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days.
